Sounds like a pretty sweet phone, and the price tag is awesome, considering that a new Treo from most other carriers would run you $450, even with a 2-year contract.

I'm not too psyched about the keyboard. I don't like the idea of having to relearn how I type, which is a big part of why I like the Treo's keyboard.

The trackball is an interesting idea. I'd want to get my hands on it and try it out before I made a final judgement, though.
